Return Policy for Customized Products (Dog Collars w/ Tags + Individual Engraved Tags)
You have purchased a NON-REFUNDABLE custom Dog Collar: Your custom dog collar is exchangeable! Within 30 days from purchase!
Collar must not been worn, damaged or altered in any way. If collar comes back worn, damaged or altered it will not be exchanged.
Please take a string, measure dog’s neck right behind ears and use the following sizes:
19" Fits 15-17 Neck * 21" fits 16-19 Neck * 23" fits 18-21 Neck * 25" fits 20-23 Neck * 27" fits 22-25 Neck
¾” wide collars - 16” fits 12-14” Neck * 18” fits 13-16” * 20” fits 15-17”
Send collar back using first class mail with original invoice. Write a note on invoice advising what size you need.
DO NOT BUCKLE collar when you send it back as this makes it appear to have been worn. Please enclose $3.00 to cover the return shipping charges to send your collar back to you.

Return Policy for Products That Are NOT Customized
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently ship to any address in the United States. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
All shipments that weigh under 16 oz in total are shipped via USPS First Class Package. Shipments that weigh more than 16 oz are shipped via USPS Flat Rate shipping.
